Treating Diabetic Ulcers And Face Psoriasis Treating Diabetic Ulcers And Face Psoriasis
Our experience with treating diabetic ulcers had been as follows:
1. Warm problematic area with a warm damp towel. Try and get the body heat
and circulation up as much as possible.
2. Wash the infected area with a salt solution (1-tablespoon salt, 1 ltr
cooled boiled water)
3. Providing the skin is not badly bleeding, make a salty solution (1
tablespoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of cooled b/water)]
4. Rub gently the salty solution onto the infected area of skin. This
above process may be repeated 3 times.
5. If the skin is too damaged and bleeding, only apply 1 & 2.
6. Do not wash off salt. Cover entire area with Maris Limus Professional
(use Maris Limus Mineral if person is
allergic to sulphur). Mud may be heated before applying.
7. Cover with plastic wrap
8. Cover the plastic wrap with warm towels - leave on for 20 minutes.
9. Wash off with warm water and gently massage with either hand, foot or
body lotion.
We have found it is better to treat the surrounding area as well. E.g. if the
skin problem is on the leg, treat the whole leg if possible.
