MARIS LIMUS AND MARIS CRYSTAL
SALTS
Treatments with cold Maris Limus:
the temperature should not be over 22ºC
Treatments with heated Maris Limus: the temperature should not be over 38ºC
and the recommended application time is 20 min.
Application: all the treatments consist of 3 phases:
- application of the Maris
Salts
- application of the Maris
Limus
- application of creams: Hand
Cream, Foot Cream and \ or Body Lotion
Treatments
with cold Maris Limus
1st phase: Maris Crystal Salts
a. Dissolve the Maris Salts in a bowl of hot water
b. Apply it to the area you want to treat
2nd phase:
Maris Limus.
1. Apply Maris
Limus using a brush or hands, fully covering the area to be treated. First
application time will be a maximum of 15 minutes.
2. For further treatments, period of time can be prolonged.
3 . For treatments in which the time frame will be over 20 minutes, it
is recommended to wrap the Maris Limus with an osmotic plastic sheet.
4 . Wash the area with lukewarm water.
3rd phase:
Creams
It is recommended to apply the creams while massaging the skin.
Treatments with heated
Maris Limus
1st phase: Maris Crystal Salts
1 . Put a warm towel on the area you intend to treat
2 . Dissolve the Maris Salts in a bowl with hot water
3 . Remove the towel from the treated area, and apply the Maris Salts
while massaging.
4 . Repeat it 2-3 times
2nd phase: Maris Limus
Heat the Maris Limus in bain-marie or in a microwave to a temperature
of about 38ºC. Apply it to the area to be treated using a brush or
hands. Wrap the Maris Limus with an osmotic plastic sheet, and cover it
with a towel or blanket to keep the heat. Total period of time: maximum
20 minutes. Wash the area with lukewarm water.
3rd phase: Creams
It is recommended to apply the creams while massaging the skin.
